Polish bassist Slawek Semeniuk is a polyvalent performing artist
with a creditable
portfolio of over thirty albums. He is touring
extensively with blues-rock
professionals like Krissy Matthews, Rob
Tognoni or Wolf Mail, to name a few.
Over the years, he has shared
the stage with some of the finest musicians in the industry,
including Clem Clempson, Nicolas Meier, Jason Barwick, Pablo van de
Poel, Zac Schulze, Will Wilde, Kim Jennett and Heidi Solheim.
A
long-time student of the renowned luthier Adrian Maruszczyk,
Semeniuk is still active with the Public Peace company as both a
performer and a session player.
Having spent years in Germany,
Slawek returned to Poland, where he develops his career as a booker,
combining years of stage experience with the organisation of musical
events. His original music blends jazz, Slavic folk and progressive
influences.
